A key challenge faced by retirement living and aged care providers is project complexity relating to building design, regulatory restrictions, construction strategies and disconnected project team relationships. As the aged care market increases in competitiveness, Integrated Project Delivery via a partnership approach is emerging as preferred best practise.
Northerly living has developed a partnership model for the delivery of aged care and retirement living projects that addresses the key reasons why projects that are procured via conventional models often fail. The basis of this partnership is to have an open book approach to all issues associated with the planning, design and construction of the project and its adoption requires mutual trust.
We have successfully implemented this partnership model with Amana Living, recently voted Australia’s leading aged care organization by Aged and Community Services Australia in order to assist them to achieve their strategic capital expansion programme goals. |
