Northerly Construction operates in a number of market sectors specialising in new construction and major refurbishments.

Our experience in construction projects has made us aware of the effectiveness of partnering, teamwork and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. We operate under a number of contractual arrangements from Lump Sum, Design & Construct (D&C), Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), Construction & Project Management to both private and public clients.


At Northerly Group, we have the benefit of combining the experience of both the Construction and Interiors divisions to ensure the best outcome in the delivery of integrated projects.


 


 

Commercial

 

 In January 2010 Northerly Group moved into their new landmark office in Subiaco.  This three story corporate head quarters represents a perfect example of Northerly's integrated service model in action, including development, construction and interior fitout.

 

Located at the western gateway to Subiaco, the building makes a strong visual statement, but its enviornmental impact, through ecologically sustainable design principles and material selections, is minimal.

 

This was a unique project for Northerly given the complexities and constraints that the site's shape and location placed on the development.

 

The project (including 3 levels of fitout) has been registered with the Green Building Council of Australia and is targeting a 5 Star Green rating.

Northerly Construction has gained a vast amount of experience in this sector from working in operating facilities to constructing new facilities on green field sites. Public Sector

 

This project is the second contract to be awarded to Northerly. It comprises one construction element, one construction and refurbishment element and one refurbishment only element. This three stage project will be completed over a 8 month period and ties in closely with the tree design of the previously completed Middle School redevelopment.
