Estimator
 
An exciting opportunity exists for a professional, friendly, bright and proactive experienced Estimator to join our vibrant estimating team in Subiaco.
 
The main responsibilities and duties of this role include:
 
• Effectively manage the compilation of tender submissions
• Analyse quotations
• Strong attention to detail with documentation (drawings & specifications)
• Good understanding of construction methodology and processes
• Responding to client post tender queries
 
To be considered for this position you will have a minimum of 5 years experience in estimating commercial construction projects up to $50M.  Experience using Cost X would be an advantage along with experience with tendering regional work.
 
A competitive salary package will be offered to the right candidate
