They form a ‘hands-on’ partnership, focussing on finding the best solutions to complex property and construction challenges. Together, they apply almost forty years’ worth of expertise in Project Management, Building and Construction, Engineering, Fit-Out and Partnered Development to the template of Northerly’s flexible and imaginative approach.

Rather than being daunted by the new development and construction standards that have arisen from climate change and ecological consciousness, Michael and Terry regard them only as a starting point. They know that Northerly, with them at the helm, will set the standards, not simply comply.
