In 2010 Northerly Group was complimented by Northerly Property Services offering cost efficient service undertaking minor building and service related work to the corporate, private and government sectors.

Northerly Directions Issue Summer 2010/11

 


Forrest Place Redevelopment 

 

The City of Perth will commence stage 3B of the Forrest Place redevelopment on Monday 19 March 2012.  On Tuesday night Council approved a tender for the next stage of the Forrest Place redevelopment.  Northerly Construction won the $7.7 million contract for work at the southern end of Forrest Place that will be completed by the end of October.

 Awards

  Australian Institute of Architects Awards

 
 
ECO 541 Hay Street, Subiaco architects Scott Penn Hall and artist Brian McKay were nominated at the Australian Institute Awards in June 2011. They were entered into two categories, Sustainable Design and Commercial Architecture.
 
ECO 541 Hay Street, Subiaco design is known as the 'Vibrant Sculpture'  and was designed by Brian McKay. ECO 541 Hay Street was designed to achieve a 5 Star Green Building Council of Australia rating and is currently awaiting the outcome of a submission to the GBCA.
 
This is an important achievement if realised and would be evidence of the buildings world’s Best Practise environmental design credentials.
